I've been using Twitterdub remotely on different computer for 2 weeks; I want to use my main computer now so I want to update accounts so they won't duplicate actions on the same profiles.

But that proxy WAS yours? Ok it must be cached in chrome somewhere, in the sessions / cookie / something data.
