One of DBs closing unexpectly on 3.180 and 3.181 versions

One of DBs closing unexpectly on 3.180 and 3.181 versions just after start. Other one works perfect.
Twitterdub instance just close without any error reported.

Can you explain what was happening just before / what were you doing / the app processing
Can you cause this? If so, how. Please explain in steps so I can replicate
If it happens again, DO NOT START THE APP
goto logs dir:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\logs
Zip up all logs modified in the last 10 minutes and send me those

Nothing special. I just updated from 3.1.7.7 to 3.1.8.0, start the software, it just closed right after list of actions appears. I tried again with same result, Found what 3.1.81 released, updated to it. same result. I roll back to 3.1.7.9. it working fine.
Its closing every time i started it right after actions list appears in software window

Not happening here. Can you cause the issue, then send logs as requested above please.
Also let me know if you have AUTO RUN turned on.
Can you submit your database please
TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP AND SEND TO SUPPORT
then send your DB ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I got the same issue. The program (3.181) stopped right after list of actions appears.
