[Feature Request] Toggle "UniqueTags" Edit Menu option in User Tags

Hello!

I'm looking to TOOGLE the "UniqueTags" found in the Edit function menu into the TAG USERS menu.
There are times where I want an account to only tag a specific (set of) user(s),
but I have to go the extra steps of
pausing the software or function,
Editing the function
And disabling the UniqueTags (Changing the UniqueTags entry from "True" to "False")

In sum I want to TOOGLE the DEFAULT for the last portion of that process in the TAG USERS menus on all posting modules.
