Big issue with accounts - Your credentials do not allow access to this resource

Post by Leorion »

Hello Rootjazz

As usual, I'm running accs with a 4G proxy in twitterdub

However, I now meet this error in each vps (2) I'm using twitterdub in:

Code: Select all

Results: 1
Checking result is unique uf:
* ERROR: pos: 3 : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Also, updating account results on this :

Code: Select all

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Nothing changed on my side and all was running as usual. What is wrong?? This is the case for all accounts in all VPS

Thanks a lot

Few people reported this, I guess something changed.

Can you:

1) update: https://rootjazz.com/twitterdub/updatetesting.html

2) Run a clean login:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

3) clear logs: HELP >LOGS > DELETE

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACCOUNTS / ACTIONS. Pause / delete all existing actions

4) Run your action you have issues with, if the issue returns, submit logs

Hello, the issue was the "use cookie" box enabled at the start of twitterdub

however, I noticed that each time the software stops and restart, the box is being enabled again

To be honest, it is really not useful because I have to manually disable it everytime for each vps to make accounts works, or it won't

So when the software restart because of something, then my accounts stops doing their stuff

It would be a pleasure if you can do something about it. maybe there is a setting to save this disabled state

Thanks for your support

IF you need to uncheck EVERYTIME the USE COOKIES option, then something is wrong. Unchecking USE COOKIES should only be required once. It means you perform a clean login, which should reset any cookie issues, apply any fixes to cookie handling added, then going forward everything is ok.

Did you perform my instruction set above? Did that work?
When does the issue return?
What did you do EXACTLY and EVERYTHING in the program?
IF you ONLY use one account, does the issue return?
Is it only if you run a specific action? With specific options?

I am unable to replicate this issue -until I can fixing it is going to be very difficult. So I need as much detail from you as possible that will cause the issue.

All is working perfectly when the box ""use cookie"" is uncheked

My vps are working to add accounts into our software. The issue is that each time the software crash or has to re-open, I have to uncheck the "use cookie" box in the account tab to make everything works when new accounts are added

This is my issue. Ideally, simply making this box unchecked ""forever"" when it is unchecked once will be great. Because unfortunately the box is checked everytime I re-open the software

This will only effect the VERIFYLOGIN action. No other action is affected by that option.

This doesn't make sense, unless you run an VERIFY LOGIN action.

Again, it cannot. But if I had logs I would hopefully be able to find out more

I think I'll send you logs. However, there is an error when I try to submit them (zip file conversion I think)

How can I do it without issue

They might be huge.

two options:

1) send manually

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:
Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link

IF they are huge, second option preferred

2) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

Repeat the action you have trouble with: so Pause / remove all existing actions

Run a clean login Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

Then run the action that causes your issue. Once it occurs, submit logs: HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

That should work
