the application work ok without proxy as moment that I start proxy it give this error : object reference not set to an instance of object!!!!
plz if know how solve this problem,help me I'm appreciate that

Submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

when i try submit the log app giv me exception error
my problem with the app is when i wana add instgram account,i can add without proxy but when i wana add the account with porxy the app give me this eroor plz if you know how fix it, help me

In the error box it says DETAILS

click it, and send me the entire details log.

Also submit logs

Are you sure the proxy is working? Have you tested it?


And be careful as you posted your proxy address your username and password! (I removed the image)

for fixmy submit problem i had to remove and inastal it again this time i could submit logs and my id first four number is 9877
but this time app give me another error for enter the proxy
i can add insta account without proxy in app but when i try with proxy give me eroor plz im appreciate if uou tellme how i can dix this problem

Looks like you need to run windows update and install everything.

Make sure you reboot your machine.

Then try again and let me know

i did all of them update,install and reboot but nothing change and i still have same problem

find the "instadub" folder and delete it. Restart app and try again.

Contact you proxy provider regarding that.

Check the settings of your AV software and security suite to make sure the program is allowed to run

Another thing. If you use chrome / firefox. Uninstall those. Restart the machine.

Uninstall instadub. Restart the machine

Reinstall instadub. Restart the machine.


That should fix it
