What version of software you using now? Try 3.121 -> https://rootjazz.com/twitterdub/downloa ... .12164.exe. I found what all version higher than this crashing randomly. I tried all up to 3.126

I set only 4 threads and click "run" and this happened

I click ok -> close and it crashed (not responding).

PS. I try so many time. Mostly, it crashed after I try to increase number of threads from 4 to 5.

did you submit logs? That error message in image: https://i.imgur.com/4FnUR1f.jpg would save out information for me to help identify the issue (hopefully).

Also are you running your actions with action threads? i.e. shared action threads?

so 4 processing threads, but (n) threads per action?



HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

No.

Because it crashed, I cant send my logs via TD
So I send you my logs via email instead.

Are you sure your only run 4 threads? Because your logs are showing 100 actions being written to at the same time. This is just not possible running 4 threads.


Had you maybe accidentally increased threads from 4 to 100 then back to 4?

As the error also implies excessive amount of threads.

Also, can you let me know the version of the software you were using when you emailed me the logs. I need the version to be able to decrypt parts of them

I'm not sure this is the cause to make my TD crashed. I set accounts run 6 days per week for 3-4 days (before that I let them run everyday) and crashed happened.
Today I just notice this.

Is this why my logs show 100 actions?

Are you sure your only run 4 threads? Because your logs are showing 100 actions being written to at the same time. This is just not possible running 4 threads.

Send me your datatbase so I can analyse exactly the actions running, which seem to be involved in the issue somehow


Can you submit your database please

TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP AND SEND TO SUPPORT

then send your DB ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
