Hi there,

I am setting up my bot to unlike on some accounts and when I add URLs to the whitelist, it says they were added to the accounts successfully. But when I check the whitelist again before adding the tasks to the processor, all the URLs are gone. How can I be sure my unlike whitelist was set up properly before initiating the task?

whitelist does not reload. IF you want to be sure, run a test on a single URL you just added and see if it was unliked.

Thanks for your reply. I just ran this test twice and both tracks were unliked after being added to the whitelist.

Please submit logs

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


Also, let me know how you entered the tracks to the whitelist (url format)
