Account verification

Hello, I’ve been using your account creating tab and it’s been working very good. All the sudden my soundcloud accounts it creates haven’t been getting confirmed, which is keeping me from editing the bio. Is there a automatic confirm account tab I can use?

You can try and reverify from the ACCOUNTS tab.
Another method is to set a new email (with pop) and attempt to set the new email as primary and verify to that.

I wasn’t able to get either of those to work. I tried to reverify my account profile in the ACCOUNT tab and it said 60 out of 60 accounts were successfully validated but when I go to make there bio it still says account not confirmed?

I'm having the same issue...


Realtime logs - All Acc's successfully verified, but none of them was verified.
I've checked my email account in the browser and the verification email
was definitely send from soundcloud and opened by SCM. But the forwarding
to soundcloud didn't work in 5/5 cases. Tried manually to click on that
verification link working fine, and the Acc was verified.

This is not the option to verify emails. But to verify if the account can
a) login (verify login)
b) has a profile url (verify profile)

Click VIEW UNVERIFIED

then you have ATTEMPT REVERIFY

Or change email with
SET ACC EMAIL PRIMARY

Then this is the issue. Without more information I cannot say why, perhaps the POP access has been removed. Maybe the emails are not accessible.

What do the logs show you? They should indicate why it failed

It looks to me like it’s able to login to the emails as it says “login successful” and it was able to pull the verification link. But after that it fails. I can send my log if if that helps

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
