Looks like sometimes tumblr shows a login screen after registration instead of redirecting to the recommended blogs or whatever page. And this makes your bot report it as failed. Could you fix it so that it detects when this happens and then logs in to the account it just registered? I'm not sure if it's a new thing or what. I even tried from different IPs using a vpn and had the same result. It didn't happen for the first few accounts but then it kept happening often.

Are you sure the details used to create the account worked? If the signup doesn't redirect to the dashboard, usually (always) that means it failed. The loging details should appear in the processing logs, so if can confirm the account signed up and did require a login to finalise will add it. Don't want to add it, and it turns out the account didn't actually signup

Can you tell us which proxy services give IP authenticated private proxies, instead of username/password proxies, please mate?

90% of them give you the option, just send them a mail and ask

Everything seems to go fine, I can watch the process happening then it fails at what seems like the final step.

Someone had a similar issue but were on an old version with the old recaptcha code (hence cannot pull captcha)

Also submit logs
