What's the dif between following and Mass following?

Sorry I don't quite understand these modules.
Was going to have one account to follow 30 blog urls from a txt file.
The follow had me only follow one url even when I set it to stop at 30.
Mass follow had me follow every url even if I set 30 and also I don't understand why process log shows 1 account with max 30.
Could someone explain?

MASS FOLLOW is where you use YOUR accounts in the app to mass follow a single user, to boost your stats

FOLLOW is where you search and follow other users in the hope they follow you back

Depends what inputs you gave, if you specified a search term that returned more than 30 results you would follow 30 users

again depends how you specified, but if you specified a file path with 30+ urls in to follow, then you are creating 30 plus actions of ONE item, so you specified max of 30, each action processes 1 then on to the next, so the 30 limit is PER ACTION not bot wide

But give me more details on what you are trying to do, what data you are feeding in and I can tell you exactly how to do what you are trying to do
