I am using onet.pl email address, all these emails are ok via web login, but after I load them into Tumbing Jazz, the software can not log into these email accounts via POP3.

Am I have a wrong email format?

ahh that was you. You didn't link to this thread so didn't realise those were the details you sent me for testing. Ignore my reply to the email asking for permission to test, will look at it today
