Is there a delay for successfully registered accounts to appear in View Accounts section?

I watched the registration process and the captcha solving is successful. Then I went to the View Accounts section, but the one just registered is not there.
Is there a delay for accounts to show up in View Accounts list?
What if the email account provided is invalid, then there is no way to get that username again?
Do you support batch verify email accounts?
