How do I migrate SCM database to another computer

Hi,
I just got a new laptop that I will be putting SCM on to.
How would I go about taking the current database (accounts, processes, etc) and move it over to the new laptop?
Iv done this before but right now I cannot remember the steps.

goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\database
All your data is in that folder. Move it over to the same folder on the new machine and the new machine will load all your data.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I can't find that folder : database" in my new tumblingjazz installation. Is it the same or something else?

Database location
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\database
Press windows/ start button on your keyboard, then paste in:
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\
press enter and you will see the folder open showing the database folder
