I would like to be able to bookmark all my likes within Twitter, and then unlike all likes (to make the likes private).

Is that something you have considered implementing?

There is an UNLIKE module already

(to make the likes private).

What do you mean by private likes? Not sure I know about that feature in twitter or the purpose of doing so.
