Then currently not. Some how they are detecting the browser is controlled on the login page

But why can you not use the normal login routine?

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN (maybe validate login)

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs

submit full logs and I will take a look

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

SC just show 401 error, they refused.

Does this affect all accounts or just this one? Have you tried changing the proxy? Or manually setting your browser proxy and testing this account?

Working fine here. So isn't a SC update breaking login routine.

Are you uptodate?
