You can copy and paste the text contents quicker and easier than screengrab of text.

but the issue is clear in the first line. The email you are trying to send is too big.

Don't reply to an old email (with perhaps a HUGE email chain) Send a clean email and it will go through.

You cannot attach files / images greater than 8mb.

When will these be resolved...
i just had this problem again.. it haninging again.. no response to click really tyring :(

I ended task via Task Manager..
Now i relaunch Instadub,, few mins of logging some account and setting some actions.. Then it hang again>!!
i just relaunched few mins ago after my prev msg... ANd hand again
This needs serious atteention

Same here... Woking on follow, unfollow , process and acc manager tab simutanoeusly
and suddenly i couldnt switch to the processor tab

Please resolve
In order to resolve I need to know exactly what you were doing.
How long had the program been open for.
What was the programing doing at the time (was processing tab on / off)
As soon as it locks, DO NOT RESTART, and send logs manually

Goto the directory:
%appdata%\rootjazz\instadub

then zip up the logs folder (right click > send to > zip)

If the file is less than 8mb, email it to me:

Otherwise upload somewhere and send me the link



IF you are able to cause it every time with specific actions, then detail them to me. Once I can cause it, I can fix it. If I can identify the cause in your logs, I can fix it.

I have sent a dropbox link since few days ago,, zipped log file when it happended then.... please check previous comment

As per what i was doing it varies...
But basically.. Working on the Processing Tab, Logging in new acc in Acc Manager, Setting ations in Follow and Unfollow Tab
All these are in no particular order
