-1 / 0 / empty / <null> means no response received.

This is either your network was down, the proxy wasn't working, something on your machine blocked the request / the site server timed out and didn't respond in time (unlikely but does happen)

If using a proxy, test it:
Please confirm your proxy is working, more info on how to do that here:

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3453

Also, please check your anti virus / security software as they *may* block the app from the accessing the network and make sure the applications program files folder:

c:\program files (x86)\instadub

is whitelisted and / or all the .exe and .dlls in that folder.

hi
I did all the steps that you written in this post(viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3453)
but the problem won't solved so
I have installed the old version of software (v3.61564) and then the video was uploaded successfully.

I think the new version of software have some bug and additionally we have error in install version (v3.66164) and their files is faulty

Latest update reuploaded, should work now.

If the issue persists in the latest version, please do the following:

clear logs
HELP >LOGS > DELETE

run your upload action again, when it fails, submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

During the test action please do not run any other actions, just the test

Martin
