Can't create accounts 'POP Details are invalid'

But they're correct since I use it on GSA, however, the program just loads for a long long time then says that POP Details are invalid
As per the email.
They could be wrong
Or wrongly formatted
But send me logs showing the attempts and I can tell you more
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
