I payed with bitcoin. Copied the order id and my email for activation in an email to purchase@rootjazz.com

How can I check the order status?

No notifications of bitcoin payments have been received.

I think I actually saw your email this morning and assumed it was spam, it was very brief contained no details and just said order number, very similar in style to a lot of spam mails I get.

Can you email me again, with details, so I know you are real and include the bitcoin transaction tx hash so I can confirm payment as perhaps the payment provider is just being slow and sending the payment notification.

Also is best to email on
