Checking Usernames

When running the "Check if usernames are available to register" I'm getting a FAILED: Returned 403 message on all of them. What does that mean?
Do all your attempts fail? Or just some after a while?
How many names are you trying to check?
Are you using proxies?
Is your list you are feeding in to the module correct? I mean, is it formatted correctly?
