what's the max number of accounts that we can use in SC manager?

Unlimited. Meaning the app doesn't restrict you. You will hit machine limits at some point.

However, you can install on 3 machines for your use, and run as many instances on each machine you want (again resource limited).

This should give you a maximum limit of about 30000 to 50000 (30k to 50k)
