Added account not showing

I've added my tumblr account to the TumblingJazz, but the account does not show on the account list under any of the forms (for example the Follow form etc.). The list is empty.

The newly added account shows in the Create Account list, though.

How many accounts do you have loaded in?

I have only added 1 account, the one I have been using until the purchase of the TumblingJazz today.

ok, that rules out what I was thinking.

Just to rule out the obvious.

1) Do you get any error messages when adding the account?
2) If you restart the app does the account show in ALL account controls?

If the answer is NO to both, please submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

I haven't come across this issue before, but am sure we'll get to the bottom of it

I add the account, test it and save it without any error message. But when I close the application and re-start it, the account gets lost.

What was your logs ID, or can you post the first 3 letters of your purchase email address so I can find your logs

Sorry for the delay. Your last reply was not visible on this phpBB bard. It showed up first when I clicked the POSTREPLY button. That's why I have been waiting for the reply for many days in wain.

The first letters of my purchase email are paypala.

Strange, sounds like a cache issue. In future, try hold down the CNTRL key then press F5, it can sometimes force a page reload ignoring cache.
