If you're running all of them on single IP then yes. You need proxys for safety.

For the sake of uniqueness - each account should hold 1 proxy. That is enough.
We can't directly recommend any proxy provider as things may have changed or things may not work as we faced previously.
Just google for Soundcloud proxys or goto blackhatworld and find reliable proxy sellers. MAke sure to talk with them and confirm before purchasing proxys.
