IMPORTING ACCOUNTS PROBLEMS

Hi Im having issues when trying to import accounts, Im using the latest Version: 1.3.8.3, it says "0 accounts imported. 80 duplicate accounts detected. Can you please provide assistance

Firstly, these accounts are not already in your accounts list I presume?

Do you mind emailing me a subset of this file you are trying to import, just 2-3 lines so I can test here and see what is happening in the code during the import process

Hi admin I found my mistake and I hope it helps others when importing accounts use this format username,password,email,, Thanks again for the rapid response

What was the mistake if I may ask. Maybe I can update the program to detect this and notify you with a message that explains the exact issue for when others do the same
