Account creation issue

Post by coucan »

Hi,

It seems that TumblingJazz has trouble for extracting captchas.

I have a very low success rates and I often have the following error message:
"
Extract Captcha
Solve Captcha
Solved Captcha: hidden
Find captcha input
Enter captcha: hidden
Find submit button
Click submit button
* FAILED: Verification is required (captcha incorrect. Please try again, attempt: 3
* FAILED: No more signup attempts

Are you using proxies? If so what kind? I have a feeling this may be the cause

Creating accounts is not straight forward. Even in the browser (for me anyway).

It outright does not work in my firefox, and even Chrome can get stuck in a loop sometimes for seemlingly no reason.

I thought sometimes it was down to a password that was not complicated enough (doesn't contain letters or a symbol) but although it helped avoid a loop of tumblr cryptic error messages on completion, it didn't solve it 100%.

I think the messages you are getting is something similar. Tumblr is just refusing the signup, but not detailing why just saying the captcha is wrong when it isn't.

Yes, you are right, there was a problem with my private proxies.

I changed them and now it"s working fine.

Thanks!! :)

Thanks for letting me know. I have had a look at trying to give a more detailed message in this instance. The problem, if you had entered the captcha wrong each time, the workflow is the same. So I am damned if I change it (in some instances) and damned if I don't (in the other instances)

I guess I will just leave it as it is :)
