Feature Request: Build in Random Pause time control into Promotion Tab

Hi,

Simple feature request that I think will help. On the Promotion Tab, it would be helpful if we could have a random pause control and set more conservative limits. I say this because using the promotion tab I've received a couple temp bans, and likely because the pauses between actions is too short. If we could set the average pause time for the actions promotion tabs creates, that would be great to help us fly "under the radar" of soundclouds detection system.

I have increased the defaults as you say, they were a bit low, having been set a while back when things were different with SC.

If you want more control over the actions, then you can create the actions manually. Everything the promo module does can be done manually, it is supposed to be a quick and easy module to use with minimal options to help new users.
