Re: The List
Your prices for private proxies are wrong. You can get them alot cheaper than that. IF you a thinking of buying in bulk, contact the sellers and ask for bulk discounts.
Same with gmail.
Hotmail accounts are 1000 for $4.
But as with all things in life. Things cost time and money. For some it is worth it, for some it is not.

Re: The List
Cannot comment about hotmail PVA, as have never come across those (or needed them)
If you want to buy emails, I recommend this guy. He has had the best accounts out of the providers I have tried
Contact: alexissmalleyd028[AT]yahoo[Dot]com
Cost is $4 per 1000 hotmails
Paypal $4 to "tocexterc[AT]yahoo[Dot]com"
Do not include any payment notes. Select "paying for services"
Then write to the contact mail above with paypal details and he will send you 1000 accounts.
Do be aware that when buying accounts 100% will not work, some will require a website login, some may be disabled etc but most should work.
Also, logging into 1000 email accounts in sequence with a single IP *MAY* be flagged at hotmail.com, in which case. IMO it is better to create accounts in smaller batches of 50 or so rather than one big 1000 run.

Re: The List
Best to contact the seller to see what he has.
