Following not working

I just got a beta key today, and I've only messed with it a bit but it seems like following doesn't work.
Whenever I double click on the follow process (which says it's "Processing") it just gives me a blank window with a blinking cursor:

I've tried messing with the settings, using different keywords, etc. but nothing seems to work!

Does the action note "processing" or is it "waiting"?
Can you perform a "validate login" action for this account, from the ACCOUNTS tab
then submit app logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I'm having the same problem.
What I did was:
-Searchterm: xxxxx followersof
-Like[x]
-Random Pause: 29sec
- Repeat hours: 1
-Repeat #times: 9999999
-Num Threads: 10
-Max Actions: 60
-Max Repeats Daily: 24
Submitted logs and log id:42209

I am having the same issue. no matter what settings i am using once I add a following process i get the same white screen and it stays on processing.

Can everyone do the following:
Also please perform the following:
delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens
Can you perform a "validate login" action for this account, from the ACCOUNTS tab, create the action, check it goes to the processing tab, processes / completes
Create a simple following action - search for users by tweet search - max num: 2
Then wait for the action to be marked as processing (if it does) if it is going to complete, it should be quick
Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

I believe I did what you requested in the "follow" tab, but that tab still does not work. I noticed that I can use the "like" tab and check "follow[x]" in order to like/follow people, though I'm not sure if that was working already prior to the update.
For the follow tab:
- Search term: xxxxxx (I did not find "Search for users by tweet" so I tried a few different ones)
- Like [x]
- Repeat hours: 1
- Repeat #times: 99999
- Max Actions: 2
- Max Repeats daily: 24
I'll submit logs again in case you'd like to see them.
