stop all other actions

Clear logs
HELP > LOGS > DELETE

Add the configs:

HELP > CONFIG > ADD >
stats_debug


HELP > CONFIG > ADD >
inmemory_debug


Run verify login action on the account you are having issues with:


Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN


If the action freezes, wait a period of time, ideally as long as possible. 20-30 minutes.

Then submit logs please

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
