I can't figure out how to login

I can't login my account!

I bought this software a week ago and i've tried every single day to login, I can't even get past login.

It always shows something about arkose, which i don't understand. It's my personal account, there's no 2fa enabled! so i don't understand what's going on.

arkose is a captcha.

1) Do a browser login to generate and solve it manually (Accounts tab)

2) Add capsolver captcha solving credit to the SETTINGS tab and the program can log in automatically.
