Hello,
I just updated TD to the latest version and I am now getting an error during the search follow action that didn't appear on the previous version.
The error is:
* FAILED: beforeProcess: 239462938462837642873 : before process account not allowed:
I uploaded the logs: logs_52949
It doesn't appear to affect the actions, all the accounts process them successfully at the end.
I am getting it to all my accounts, I logged in via the Browser manually and all the accounts work normally.
FAILED: beforeProcess: before process account not allowed

Re: FAILED: beforeProcess: before process account not allowed
Account is not allowed.
Logs would indicate why
Verify Login to clear it
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.
If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Regards,
Martin

Re: FAILED: beforeProcess: before process account not allowed
I checked the logs but it doesn't specify what exactly the account isn't allowed to perform.
I verified the accounts and they all login successfully, the can perform actions (follow, like, retweet etc.) successfully but the error still appears during the last stage of performing the Search Follow action. After having enough users to process and TD starts processing them I get this message while it checks the account and some lines later it may use the same account successfully process a follow action.
I uploaded the logs in case you need them: logs_52949

Re: FAILED: beforeProcess: before process account not allowed
ok you're running a big shared / threaded action. If the logs do say, it will be impossible to find out.
Sorry I should have asked before:
Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with with ONE account in ONE thread. You should only need to attempt 1-2 items to cause the issue
FOLLOW action
with one account
simple search
1-2 items
***
IDEALLY PLEASE DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***
3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
Regards,
Martin
