Auth Required for Daily Work

I am running daily likes, and follow processes for my accounts. It fails every time because of "Authentication Required" But once I verify login web it's getting fixed. But unfortunately, I still can not complete likes, and follow the process.

I'll look more detail tomorrow. For now, a clean login "may" help

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
right click account > DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Yes, I was in the last version. Also removing cookies from the no-problem accounts caused login problems. It did not solve the login problem on the "Auth Required" ones as well.


EDIT: Accounts have true pop details as well, but somehow can not manage to bypass email verification I believe.

I've tested a few of the POP details provided in the logs, server replies:
The server did not respond with a + response. The response was: "-ERR Invalid login or password"

As for your authentication issues. It's hard to read your logs as you have so many accounts running.


Can you: Pause / stop /delete all current actions
If you have Processing tab AUTO RUN turn on, turn it off.
Restart the app.
Double check all actions in the processor are paused (select all > right click > pause)

Clear logs:
HELP > LOGS> DELETE

Now, using 1 (one) account, run a clean login.
Does this work? Does the account login?

Now try and run a single action that wasn't working with this account. IF this fails with authentication issues, submit logs again please and let me know the id

ok, so the account DID log into POP, but it seems it failed to find an email with the verification code.

I can see some emails were found that look like verification emails, but they were not used - I don't know why.

May I test the account here? That would be the quickest way to resolve this for you.


If I could test the account(s), that would be very helpful in trying to find out what is going on and fix / update as required: If that is ok with you, please export the account(s) (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file(s):

UPDATE: I have tried accounts manually and entered the code that comes to mail, and all worked! There is something wrong with the bot bro, bot can not handle the confirmation code correctly even when the pop settings are made. 100% sure about that. Please check the accounts that I sent you.
