I had processing off - grouped the actions so they would execute in line - and it started to process them, before I had chance to set random hours or turn on Processing
This is on a fresh VM and new install.

Yes.. on my third clean - deleted then restarted and re added it was fine.. try it worked it didnt trigger. I'll keep my eye on it
