Hey Martin,
I've been using Twitterdub remotely on different computer for 2 weeks; I want to use my main computer now so I want to update accounts so they won't duplicate actions on the same profiles.
Do I have to copy the whole "Data" catalog or is there any other way? Thanks!

There is no automatic way to have different machines aware of what the other machines have processed.

Will you run the SAME accounts on the machines or different?
IF same accounts, copy the database folder over

%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\database

You can ignore the database\backups\ folder to make it quicker / take less space

But if you using different accounts, then it's going to be difficult. Let me know if this is the case and I will have a think

ok but to confirm, once you have copied to the new machine, they can still duplicate NEW items.

so you copy database to the new machine

next day machine1 processes item_1
machine2 can now process item_1 as well

the database are in sync upto when you move them
