About the "X" mark on the last login

Post by wasavi »

Hello.

I no longer get the x mark even if I have failed to log in last.
Is this related to the recent update?

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

***
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
***

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Is there any way to revert back to one previous version as I can't resolve this issue?

I've had this symptom since I upgraded.

Install the old version, but you may get some data loss and updates are made because updates are needed. so it's recommended to keep up to date, but if you don't want to, you can stay on old versions.

Back up your database first though

Or just submit your logs as requested and we'll get the issue fixed :-)
