logs, always submit logs, 99/100 they are needed and it saves time as I don't have to ask for them

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Do that whenever you report any issue.

Those are the Logs

Twitter response is not as expected.

Can you perform a clean login on this account:

Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.




Then repeat the SEARCH of followers on this profile and see if the same happens.

checking logs. But if clean login didn't fix it, we can rule out a cookie issue.

Can you try with another account on different IP (if possible) This will let us know if it is account based.
