stop all existing actions / pause / delete whatever
Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
TOOLS > PYTHON ENV > TEST
Wait a few seconds, a window should appear saying the test was sucessfull
If not, try: TOOLS > PYTHON > DOWNLOAD
If that is successful, try the test again
If test is successful, try a login:
Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN
A python logging window will open DO NOT CLOSE IT, it must be open
Any issues, submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

What doesn't work?
Did you try the test? What happened?
Did you try and download again? What happenend?
When you attempt the login, do you see the black CMD / python env window open?
I'm running the installed version here and it's running smoothly

open the folder:

Can you see a folder:
python
Open it, should be various files and folders

I don't have access to that window, it doesn't log into TD.
Seems the issue with the proxy format.
Let me run some tests...
