Update Avatar not working

When i try update avatars in update accounts module i get error message : *ERROR object reference not set to an instance of an object.
When i leave avatar folder empty and try update only name it works

Just tested and some images failed, yet some other images worked. It would appear twitter is fussy about the images it accepts - not sure exactly what the cause was, but try some other images. If issue persists, email me the image
