Warming up accounts

Hi, i have bought 100 fresh accounts, then bought proxies, tested and they work good, but i have noticed that my tweets are not getting much impressions compared to the account i posted manually, it had a few following/followers, i think thats the reason. So is there a way to warm up accounts, maybe make them follow each other so all the accs get 100 following/followers? Or is there other way? Sorry for a noob question, i am just getting in this.
