LoginFlow

Post by poegod »

I keep getting this error LoginFlow not accessible.

Can you please look into it? It's affecting my job. All accounts are good.

90% of my accounts can't login

I also can't log into my accounts via TwitterDub. Constant errors 404, 400 and WARNING you are trying to use an account with 2FA and your license does not support this module, for more information on purchasing the 2FA addon, please write to support@rootjazz.com

Logging into accounts manually through a browser without problems. This has been happening for a week now. (VPN doesn't help). Sometimes it takes several attempts to log into your account.

It has been reported by a couple of users before. Was strange the same accounts / same IPs when customers sent to me worked.

One user said it was the machine, they changed VPS and the same database worked for them 100%

I would suggest running tests.
Change proxy
Test without proxy

IF this works / same error, let me know.

Also ensure you are not on an old version: HELP >ABOUT

4xx means errror
and WARNING you are trying to use an account with 2FA and your license does not support this module, for more information on purchasing the 2FA addon, please write to support@rootjazz.com

the message is clear. The accounts require 2fa login codes and you do not have that module. To use 2fa login, you need the custom module.

2FA Support / features:
viewtopic.php?t=12734

cost is $50

You should not be able to login to an account with 2fa if TD is reporting it needs 2fa. It's not possible.

export me an account for testing here please:

If I could test the account(s), that would be very helpful in trying to find out what is going on and fix / update as required: If that is ok with you, please export the account(s) (export button bottom right of accounts list) and email the exported file(s):

Code: Select all
