The account needs to login to remove this, you must click the FORCE option in order to "force" the account to try and login

but i can`t find --- the python TLS browser:
%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\python\python.exe as you said

It has to be there if you are uptodate.

Just paste:

into the start menu / windows run / explorer folder path and it will open the folder
