please tell me what parameters are needed for VPS or PC (CPU,RAM etc ) , SO that at least 5000 accounts work in the TD

Depends what you want to do with with the, Day 1 you need less memory than you will on day 100 as the database grows.
But with a VPS you can start small then just add more resources as needed.
Day 1 with 5000 accounts. 8gb should be PLENTY and allow you to run chrome and some other processes for yourself. 4gb probably ok.
