ok so the issue is your windows machine, as you have never installed python windows made a fake python.exe and redirects it to the windows store.

IT places this at the top of your profile PATH, so when the program calls python.exe, rather than call the python.exe in the directory it's being told to use, it opens windows fake python.exe in your profile path. *sigh*

The proxy will need to be able to work relatively solidly without massive timeouts for a browser for this to work.

I have mobile proxies, they change IP every 2 minutes, with a delay of 7-8 seconds...
