Authentication Required increase

Has anyone else noticed that Authentication Required has increased the last few days ?
Ive logged on with session browser and re'gen'ed cookies no problem - what could be the problem ?

if you get some "Authentication Required" just run verifies with forced verification, looks like Twitter is having a problem with its cookies lol

1) Attempt to login with and without cookies (cookies will be deleted) if login verification required detected
Select and on detection of this response program will log in automatically using cookies and if that fails, will log in without cookies

No idea, why does it fail, what do logs say?
