Run searches on repeat
Pull the inbox
Maybe like a handful of posts

Make sure your accounts are good quality (not the cheapest you can find)
Good quality IP / proxies with varied IPs
Go slow
Do not try and hit limits, do not over repeat, do not run 24 hours a day, go slow and steady
