SEARCH TWEETS tab
check box to REPLY
Set filter to include only tweets of last 24 hours
Set search input: @target_profile
Search step: USER TWEETS

Then setup your comments, it shouldn't use the same comment every time, how are you setting the comments?
But for unique replies (per action), check UNIQUE COMMS option. For global unique comments (across all actions) check global unique comms
To randomise the replies (i.e. do NOT use in order, check RANDOMISE REPLIES

my reply contains same message, yes i can change it a little bit but the meaning of my message has to be same.
i haven't tried the software yet. i just want to known if it is possible or not ?

Twitter will NOT let you send the same tweet every time. The easiest spam to detect. You must always be thinking "How can I avoid twitter detecting me as a dirty spammer" lol

Twitter do NOT want you doing what you want to do. They are actively trying to detect you and stop you. So don't make it easy for them.

You must add some randomness to your message, maybe just random emojis, maybe swap out words


Don't leave footprints
Don't do the same thing over and over and over
Don't do it too fast
Don't do too much
etc etc



Spintax lets you specify various options, that when processed one is selected

{option1|option2|...|optionN}

example:
{hi|hey|hello|good morning} {sir|madam}

When processed you could get:
hi sir
hello sir
hey madam
good morning sir
hi madam
etc etc


There are lots of tokens you can used to help:

Default tokens / time / random letters / numbers / random emojis etc etc

Now, as you are using one account, you cannot reply "as soon as" / instantly. The only way to know an account has posted is to scrape their user_tweets_endpoint.

If you do this every 10 seconds
that's 6 times a minute
360 times an hour 8640 times a day.

That's a lot, no real user is hitting refresh every 10 seconds 24 hours aday.

So lets say you want to check every 15 minutes
so 4 times an hour
96 times a day
That's ok

SEARCH TWEET REPLY tab
Custom search input:
@target_profile
Steps:
LATEST TWEET
Repeat every minute: 15

Add your tweets


That's it. You can also do it on MASS COMMENT tab

input: @target_profile
repeat minutes: 15
add tweets

It will work the same with 1 account, but mass comment would allow you to use multiple accounts to comment on the recent tweet too which search and reply would not.

Can I do the same with multiple twitter handles.. let say we scrap latest tweets from First twitter handle and reply is made and then after 15 min we scrap latest tweets of Second twitter handle and made replies , then same thing for Third twitter handle and so on ..... is it possible ? if yes please tell HOW ?

Yes you can utilise multiple accounts. This way, if you specify 100 accounts and want to do 8000 checks a day, that is 80 per account.

Just select multiple accounts.
On MASS COMMENT, make sure you specify: MAX ITEMS = 1

On SEARCH REPLY, check the box SHARE ACROSS ACCOUNTS

and it will do what you want
