Anyone can access this proxy from anywhere. this can be sent to yescaptcha and yescaptcha can use it

From the proxy provider website, you must authroise what IPs can access the proxy. If you don't authenticate your machine IP you cannot use the proxy. So if this proxy is sent to yescaptcha, they cannot use it
If your proxies are working, they are NOT IP protected, so it's fine and working
