I use follow people function with tag search. I select file with 60 tags on 60 lines.
It stop working after following ~100 people by account because of global follow limit which is 200.

Depends on your pauses, following 60 people in 10 seconds, no is probably not safe. Might be a better idea to
a) manually scrape 60 terms
b) merge results to file
c) follow from randomised file
What proxies and accounts are used for scraping before following?
the account of the action is used for scrape
for shared, a random account
is just the log, the actual url used is different, will test here to see if also get 0 items
