What actions were you running?
Can you detail them to me.
If you check the DETAILS button, do they show a different useragent / device pattern / IP location? Or do they look all the same?

Hi Martin - I also experienced this yesterday which got 2 of my accounts locked in read-only mode.

To answer your question, same IP, same device, same everything, no change. I checked the logs from the last (success) to the first (failure) and absolutely nothing was different except the content of the Image Tweet.
