i was wondering is it possible that the system pick ramdomly from a few version of content prepared, so that the account will not be limited for sending the same content continusely.

If you select 10 of your accounts
If you specify a search to return 100 results / or provide a list of targets (100)

You provide a list of messages to send, the program will select at random and send for that action.

You can NOT edit the content mid action

If you want to change the content, you can do so for next repeat of the action via the right click > EDIT ACTION function
